Did you know that our parish is a “micro venue”? Recently we attended a large bridal fair in Nashville to let people know our building was available to rent for weddings.
A dedicated page will be coming soon, but, for now, send inquiries to Fr. Dan or Fr. Michael.
Inspired by the work of other parishes, we will start hosting a bimonthly symposium discussing contemporary, historic, and classical works of philosophy, theology, and politics.
On the third Thursday at 6p CST we meet in the fellowship hall to discuss the work(s) and associated topic(s) for the month.
Our first meeting will be on January 14 and we will be discussing Non-Things by Byung-Chul Han.
The children did an amazing job lighting our Advent wreath on Sunday.
St. Andrew’s has children’s chapel each and every week during the first half of mass (reading & sermon). Back in the fellowship hall we study the catechism, play games, color, sing, and pray together. The children return to mass for the creed, confession, and communion.
All (potty trained) children age 3(ish) and up are welcome to join us!
The church calendar has been updated to reflect our schedule during Advent & Christmas.
On 12/24 we’ll have our normal midweek mass at noon followed by a Mass of the Nativity at 11p.
On Christmas day, we’ll celebrate mass at 12p/noon.
Our new (to us) alter is a great addition to our sanctuary. It’s over 100 years old and comes to us from a to be demolished church in Texas thanks to the keen eyes of our bishop!
St. Francis day was a success! We met so many wonderful animals and neighbors.
Thank you to everyone who came out and helped!
